These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Thinq Magic website and Android application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Thinq Magic. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally allowed to use the Service in your country.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators or any automation to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass or abuse other users or our support team.

4. Reward Points

Reward points are a virtual, in-app credit awarded for completing eligible activities. Points have no cash value, are non-transferable and can be adjusted or revoked if awarded in error or as a result of abuse.

5. Games

Games inside Thinq Magic are provided for entertainment. Each game may have its own daily limits, cooldowns and reward caps. We may add, remove or change games at any time.

6. Referral Program

You may invite friends using your referral code. Self-referrals, fake accounts and any form of coordinated abuse of the referral program are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of points.

7. AI Teacher

The AI Teacher feature is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Responses are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate. Do not rely on AI Teacher for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

8. Gift Card Redemption

• The minimum redemption threshold is 5,000 reward points.
• All redemption requests undergo a manual approval process.
• Approved rewards are delivered as digital gift card codes (Amazon or Flipkart, where applicable) to your registered email address.
• We do not guarantee rewards if suspicious activity, fraud or abuse is detected on an account.
• Gift cards, once issued, are subject to the terms of the issuing brand and cannot be reversed.

9. Account Suspension

We may suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or misuses the Service. In such cases, unredeemed points may be forfeited.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, graphics and trademarks associated with Thinq Magic are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that specific rewards will be earned.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinq Magic and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the unredeemed points in your account at the time of the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
