Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the things people ask us most. Can't find what you need? Reach out from the contact page.

Is Thinq Magic really free?

Yes. The app is free to download and free to use. You earn points by playing games, completing simple tasks, and referring friends. We make money from non-intrusive ads, which is also what funds your payouts.

How much can I realistically earn?

Most active users earn the equivalent of ₹30 to ₹150 in gift cards per month, depending on how often they play and how many friends they refer. This is meant to be a fun side activity for spare minutes, not a replacement for income.

What is the minimum redemption?

5,000 points (equivalent to a ₹50 gift card). You can pick Amazon, Flipkart or Google Play. We don't send cash to UPI or bank accounts.

How long do redemptions take?

Most gift card requests are reviewed and the voucher code is delivered inside the app within 24 hours.

Why was my redemption rejected?

The most common reasons are suspected duplicate accounts on the same device, signs of automated play, or VPN/proxy use. You'll receive an email explaining the reason and your points will be returned to your balance.

Can I use multiple accounts?

No. We enforce one account per person and one active session per account. Creating multiple accounts to game referrals or daily caps results in all linked accounts being blocked without any redemption.

Why was I signed out on my other device?

Thinq Magic only allows one active device per account at a time. When you sign in on a new device, the old session is invalidated. This prevents account sharing and abuse.

Do the daily caps reset at midnight?

Yes. Game caps reset every 24 hours at midnight IST. Daily tasks refresh on the same schedule.

Is my data safe?

We collect only the minimum information needed to run your account and process gift card redemptions (email, basic device info). We don't sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Use the 'Forgot password' link on the sign-in screen. You'll receive a reset email within a couple of minutes — check your spam folder if it doesn't appear.
