Thinq Magic ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of every person who uses our website playthinq.com and our Android application (together, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
2. Information We Collect
When you use Thinq Magic, we may collect the following information:
- Email Address — used to create and secure your account.
- Password — stored and handled securely using Supabase Authentication. We never see your plain-text password.
- User profile information — display name, mobile number and referral code you provide.
- Device information — device model, operating system version and a device identifier used to protect your account.
- App usage information — games played, tasks completed and features used.
- Reward points history — points earned, redeemed and remaining.
- Referral activity — who invited you and who you have invited.
We do NOT collect any of the following:
- Bank account details
- UPI IDs
- Credit card information
- Debit card information
3. How We Use Information
The information described above is used only for the following purposes:
- Account creation and login
- Authentication and account security
- Reward point tracking
- Processing reward redemption requests
- Fraud prevention and abuse detection
- Customer support
- Generating AI Teacher responses
- Improving app performance and features
4. Reward Redemption
- Users become eligible to redeem once they reach 5,000 reward points.
- Redemption requests are submitted from inside the app.
- Our team manually reviews each request to prevent fraud.
- Approved users receive Amazon or Flipkart Gift Cards (where applicable) delivered to their registered email address.
- We do not collect any payment or banking information — only your email is used for delivery.
5. AI Teacher
Questions you submit to the AI Teacher feature are securely processed using Google Gemini AI to generate a response. Please do not submit any confidential, personal or sensitive information (such as passwords, financial data, health details or private documents) through AI Teacher.
6. Advertising
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements inside our Android app. Google may collect and use advertising identifiers and related device data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following trusted third-party services to run Thinq Magic:
- Supabase (authentication and database)
- Google AdMob (advertising)
- Google Gemini AI (AI Teacher)
- Google Play Services (app distribution and services)
8. Data Security
We follow industry-standard security practices — including HTTPS transport encryption, hashed password storage, row-level database security and access controls — to protect your information. No online service is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
9. Delete Account
You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly from inside the app. See our Delete Account page for step-by-step instructions.
10. Children's Privacy
Thinq Magic is not intended for children under 13. Children under 13 should only use the Service with the involvement and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app.
