Delete Account

You have full control over your Thinq Magic account. You may permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time directly from inside the app.

What gets permanently deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your reward points history
• Your referral information
• Your profile information (name, email, mobile number)

What is not affected

Gift cards that have already been issued to your registered email address prior to account deletion will remain valid and are subject to the terms of the issuing brand.

Step-by-step guide (inside the app)

1. Open the Thinq Magic app on your device.
2. Sign in with your registered email and password.
3. Go to the Profile tab from the bottom navigation.
4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
5. Read the confirmation message and confirm your choice.
6. Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently removed.

If you cannot access your account

If you are unable to sign in to your account, you can request account deletion by sending an email from your registered email address to support@playthinq.com with the subject line "Delete my account". Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.

Important notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible.
• Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
• Unredeemed reward points will be forfeited at the time of deletion.
