Terms of Service

These terms ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Thinq Magic ("we", "us") covering your use of our website, mobile app and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, to use Thinq Magic. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rightful owner of the email address you submit.

2. Your account

You may hold only one account. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity on your account. We enforce a single active device per account; signing in on a new device will sign you out everywhere else.

3. Earning points

Points are awarded for actions you complete inside the Service — playing games, finishing tasks, and successful referrals. Each activity may have a daily cap. We may adjust point values, caps, and reward rules at any time to keep the platform sustainable.

4. Gift card redemptions

The minimum redemption is 5,000 points (worth ₹50). Points may be redeemed for digital gift cards from supported partners (Amazon, Flipkart, Google Play) and are delivered as voucher codes inside the app within 24 hours of approval. Each request undergoes a fraud review; we may delay or decline redemptions that fail this review. We do not send cash payouts to UPI IDs, bank accounts, or any other financial instrument. Points are non-transferable, have no monetary value outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Prohibited activity

You may not:

  • Use bots, scripts, emulators, or automation to earn points.
  • Create multiple accounts or use false identities.
  • Refer yourself or coordinate fake referrals with others.
  • Interfere with the Service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or reverse-engineer the app.
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Accounts that breach these rules will be blocked and any unredeemed points forfeited.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for security reasons. You may close your account by writing to support.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific earnings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the value of points in your account at the time of the claim.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app at least 7 days before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be heard exclusively in the courts located there.
